Activation Process (User Side)
The activation workflow is offline-first and user-friendly. You create an activation request from the app and share it with Astro-Z support for verification and license issuance.
Step-by-Step Flow
- Open Help → Activate Product in the application.
- Fill customer details and choose requested license category.
- Click Generate Activation Request or Copy Request JSON.
- Send request to Astro-Z support/organization.
- After verification of request + payment, signed license is sent back to you.
- Use Import and Activate License to activate on your machine.

Please note that each activation key you purchase will be valid for installation on only one specific computer.
The key cannot be used to install the software on any other computer, except the single PC for which it was generated.
If you plan to use ASTRO-Z on multiple computers, you will need to purchase a separate activation key for each individual PC.
We recommend reviewing your requirements carefully before completing your purchase to ensure you acquire the appropriate number of keys.
